  • There are many structures visible on the CBCT that are not within the direct area of interest of the dentist but must also be evaluated on every CBCT to ensure that the patient's whole health is considered when diagnostic imaging is acquired. One must become familiar with what normal anatomy is in order to detect abnormality with ease and confidence. This workshop aims to reviews the normal anatomy of the skull base, temporal bone and cervical spine as it is visualized on CBCT.

    • Evaluating the radiographic anatomy of the skull base, temporal bone and cervical spine.

    • Learning the most common clinical concerns for these structures.
