Cancellation and Refund Policy:

To cancel or modify your registration, please inform the Congress Organizer (MarkeDent) in writing via email at info@EMRAeg.org. Here are the guidelines for cancellations or changes:

• Cancellation before November 20, 2024, is eligible for a refund but incurs a 50% cancellation fee.

• From November 21, 2024, Congress fees, Workshops, and hotel fees are non-refundable.

• Registration fees can be transferred to another participant; the new registration invoice will be adjusted accordingly (Substitution deadline: November 20, 2024).

• Hotel reservations are non-refundable after November 20, 2024, due to high demand for rooms during that period.
